About 1st Creative Services Limited
1st Creative Services Limited (also known as First Creative, LondonBridge@Printing.com and printing.com@firstcreative.co.uk) offer design, print and print management services to businesses, public sector entities and individuals.

Information we may collect from you
When you order products or services on from us you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details and credit or debit card information. We may also collect information about your usage of our website as well as information about you from e-mails or letters you send to us.  

Payment
We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer, cash and credit/debit cards. Credit and debit card payments are processed on our behalf by Paypal. We do not store any financial details used to take payments by credit or debit card.

Marketing
We would like to keep you up to date with details of special offers or services we hope will be of interest to you. If you would rather not be contacted please email phil@firstcreative.co.uk at any time and we will respect your wishes.

Full colour printing

All reasonable efforts shall be made to obtain the best possible colour reproduction but variation is inherent in the print process and it is understood and accepted as reasonable that, we shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in colour or texture between the customer’s photograph, transparency, proof, electronic graphic file, previously printed matter (whether printed by printing.com or other party) or any other materials supplied by the customer and the printed article the subject of the customer’s order.

Deliveries

Unless otherwise agreed we will deliver to your chosen delivery address using an appropriate next day, same day or Royal Mail postal service and advise delivery costs at the time of order or as soon as practicable. Collection may also be arranged from our London Bridge offices by prior arrangement. Delivery costs quoted are for UK deliveries (other destinations can be estimated on request). Please contact us for consignment references if you wish to track a delivery.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

We aim to operate to the highest commercial standards, however, i f you are in any way unhappy with your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and work with you to resolve any issues. We may require you to return the order to aid any investigations. For orders that are outside our standard tolerances you will be offered a credit or reprint at no extra cost. You may cancel your order any time before any final proofs are approved and receive a proportionate refund, however, since each order is individual to your requirements we will not generally offer a refund once an order has gone into production.

We try very hard to ensure everything's right before your job goes to print, but please check your proofs carefully as we are unable to accept responsibility for inferior quality images; spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors on artworks supplied; design errors on artwork supplied; errors in your choice of product or damage caused after the product has been delivered.

Changes to our policies
Any changes to our privacy policy in the future will be posted to the website and, where appropriate, through e-mail notification.
